During the case, the teams represent private equity parties with the aim of achieving the best possible return on capital. The teams will use the first round of the case to determine the value of a set of companies. These companies will be sold during the second round of the case, the auction phase. In this phase several things happen at the same time, in which the students will have to continuously watch what is happening and adjust their strategy if necessary.
