IRIS Corporate Finance is an independent M&A boutique with offices in Rotterdam and Eindhoven and a dedicated team of 20 M&A professionals. We focus on medium-sized, mainly director-shareholder (DGA) driven companies with a deal value between EUR 5 million and EUR 100 million. Each year, IRIS Corporate Finance successfully completes between 25 to 30 transactions.

The case will make you step into the role of an advisor in an interactive negotiation where you represent either the buy-side or sell-side of a business transaction. Analyze the business, determine its
value, and negotiate with the opposing team to extract key insights. In the final round, you'll put your strategy into action as you negotiate crucial deal terms, from pricing and financing to transition plans. Success here isn’t just about financial metrics—it’s about navigating interests, aligning objectives, and achieving the best possible result for your client.
