Since 2002, Nielen Schuman has been a leading independent corporate finance boutique in the Benelux and DACH region. Our team of more than 35 professionals works from offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Frankfurt. Together we work on around 40 transactions a year in the Dutch, Belgian and German mid-market, with deal values between EUR 50m and EUR 1bn.
 

We advise business owners, corporates, institutions, management teams and investors on M&A, strategic advisory, capital raising and capital restructuring. Our advice is independent, and our clients’ interests are the only ones we serve.
