About Baker Tilly
More than an accounting and consulting firm. We provide relevant answers to questions that concern ourclients. From valuation to tax questions, from Brexit to business succession and acquisition and from
reorganization to data analytics. Our three main practices are Audit, SME and Tax practice. Together with our advisories such as IT Advisory, Corporate Finance or Interim financials, we can deliver a complete advice to the client. With a focus on SME (family) businesses and the public sector.
Working at Baker Tilly means working in an environment where you feel at home. We have deliberately chosen 12 regional offices where you have a lot of personal contact with colleagues. You work together in manageable, multidisciplinary teams and can quickly switch with each other if necessary. Of course, you don't have to have all the knowledge in-house. You will regularly work with colleagues from other offices or within Baker Tilly International, a network of independent accounting and consulting firms in more than 148 countries. Outside working hours, there are also many activities together. Examples include an annual staff party, fun sports tournaments and weekly Thursday or Friday afternoon drinks.
Knowledge is the foundation of our organization. Therefore, investing in human capital is one of our spearheads. For example, we have our own BT Academy where you can follow various professional and
competence-oriented courses and training programs. If it fits within your development, you can also choose to (continue) study at a college or university. Baker Tilly pays your tuition fees and reimburses half
of your study hours.
