ING Corporate Finance also provides fairness opinions, asset and enterprise valuations and take-over defence advice. We provide innovative and effective solutions.

The ING Corporate Finance division contains both M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets and brings together over 160 M&A professionals worldwide (with offices in Amsterdam, Brussels,  London, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York, Singapore and Manilla). As an international bank with a strong Benelux heritage, the heart of ING’s advisory business is located in Amsterdam, where we support our clients in local markets and cross-border transactions.
